K40 = Application Firmware for phase noise measurements

Application Firmware R&S FS-K40 adds phase noise measurement capability to the R&S FSU and R&S FSP spectrum analyzers and the R&S FSQ signal analyzer and enables them to operate as signal source analyzers. K40 makes the phase noise measurement option part of the analyzer firmware and can be started merely by pressing a hotkey.
